The Box was originally released in 2016 on the Chimera Central label. It has been remastered and added to the Circle Six collection here on Bandcamp. Thanks to Ben Thompson for the original release and supporting the release here.

This record represents the conclusion of a sonic journey 10 years in the making. All Circle Six music before that point culminated in The Box. Each track is steeped in texture and abstraction. Ideas like melody and rhythm exist here without the compositional patterns that lead to satisfied expectations. Every sound has been tortured into something more than the source and bearing the scars of transformation. Collected together these sounds work to create a vehicle that will take you to new and uncomfortable places.

With all my music released on Bandcamp I am taking any sales and donating the proceeds to a Denver based animal shelter.
